My JetDrive Lite is read-only. How can I repair it?

Use Mac disk utility's erase function to erase JetDrive Lite first.

If the problem still exist, kindly take the product with the receipt back to the original retailer and ask for a repair or replacement service.

Why can’t I use JetDrive Lite on Windows system installed on MacBook via Bootcamp? Its transfer speed is lower than stated on the product specification, but it works well on Mac OS.
When the power runs out, Mac will eject JetDrive Lite without remounting it after rebooting. I have to remount JDL manually. Is there any way to save the trouble?
